What would be legally responsible for stealing a prescription pad with the intention, but not the forge.?
If personx steals a block prescription of a physician as an employee has passed and the will to forge a prescription, fill it and then sell the controlled substance, who would be responsible if there is legal? The theft of the plate is really the only (to my knowledge) that took place. But there was no intention personx someone else said we would do and that person went to medical practice and was reported. What medical practice in this case? The only crime that someone can be charged with theft the book is a simple flight .... Call early flight in many states. It is a crime. But here is where it gets really bad ....
