Now even bigger than ever, Rush was initially formed way back in October 1968 and consisted of a few line-ups before they settled with Neil Peart on drums in early 74. Since then the members haven't changed and include Alex Lifeson, Geddy Lee, and Neil Peart.
Songs like Closer To The Heart, from their A Farewell To Kings Album back in 1977, are cornerstones of both their sound and appeal.
The song became a firm live favourite, and actually got them some female fans (for once).
