help on a modem driver please!?

i have a gateway minitower essentials desktop pc it has a 600mhz proccesor 128 mb ram 64 mb grafix card ok and i installed xp pro sp3 PIRETED EDITION! on it and it works just fine exept one problem the ethernet driver is not installed on it you cant download it cause theres no internet connection and i looked on my friends computer and we couldnt find the right on and yes i tryed the windows wizard it wont work cuz theres no INTERNET connection if some one could help it would be very appreciated! thanx
and i tryed gateway support the serial nuber on the pc comes up as not found?

Youll have to get it off another computer with an internet connection
