is it ok to wear a cocktail or short dress to junior prom?
i'm really short about 5'2 so i don't think long dress look good on me and personality i don't like long dress and i feel uncomfortable wearing it. the dress that i have for junior prom is a simple black dress that fall a little above my knee and its strapless. is it weird? cause all friends are wearing a floor-length dress and i feel like my dress not formal enough.
that is deffinitely okay! i would wear a black short sleeved sweater along with it just to make it look a little more formal when you walk in the door, but my friends sister wore like that exact kind of dress, it was really pretty with black lace and short, and she won prom queen by the way:) im not even joking! and i saw a lot of people wearing shorter dresses to my friends sisters prom so its definitely okay!
and prom is about dancing and talking and having fun, so whatever you feel confident wearing, i would wear it!
